EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State student-athletes volunteered their time at the 2005 4-H Great Dairy Adventure, posing for pictures with kids at the milk mustache booth. The Great Dairy Adventure, held on July 20, brings in approximately 1,800 kids and is part of the five-day Dairy Expo, which runs from July 18-22. The event, run in conjunction with 4-H and members of the dairy industry, is meant to be a fun day for the kids, as well as a consumer education day.

Athletes posed for pictures, milked cows and talked with the kids, giving them a chance to be more active in the community.

"I love volunteering, so any opportunity I have time in my schedule to do, I'm all over," said MSU gymnastics junior Kristen Coleman. "My favorite part is seeing the kids with their milk mustaches. They're so cute and excited to be here."
